Villa Watanave is spread over two floors and is characterized by a modern, luxurious environment equipped with every comfort. Internally it has 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Surrounded by a splendid garden with olive trees, the residence features a large heated pool, a padel court (ready by April 2027), a play area with a ping-pong table near the pool, giant chess, and an outdoor playground with a slide and swing. It also offers a panoramic sun terrace with sea views and a fully equipped veranda for outdoor dining.
One bedroom with a bathroom is accessible for wheelchair users, and there is full accessibility throughout the ground floor.
The villa is located just 400 meters from the sea and the beautiful Almiros beach, making it an excellent starting point for discovering the entire island of Corfu.
